SECRET ILLUMINATI SCIENCE - 150 YEARS OF RESEARCH IN ANTIGRAVITY
--- (Part 1) ---
Thank you very much for sparing your time and coming here
today. I am extremely glad to be here again to this Preparedness
Expo. This is my second Expo actually - I went to Las Vegas
several months ago. I want to thank also the organizers of the
Expo for putting this great group of speakers together. It has
been a never-ending university for myself too, for discovering
things I never dreamed existed.
Coming from Eastern Europe, I thought, "Gee, everything
in America is great, everything is ideal; we have a real
working democracy here with no centralized totalitarian control of
any kind." And, boy was I amazed to discover...
Anyway, I come from Bulgaria. It is in Eastern Europe - a
block north of Greece. I have an education in physics and
engineering. I studied for six years in Tokai University in
Japan -- Bachelor degree in physics and Master's degree in
engineering electronics. I speak fluently Japanese, Russian,
German, my native Bulgarian, and English, and I read technical
literature in several other European languages - which has helped
me a lot in piecing the puzzle together for these private
technologies, developed around the world in great secrecy -- in
great extreme secrecy.
I have literally had inputs and suggestions, and whole loads
of material coming from the four corners of the globe.
Several thoughts about socialism: Everything we were told by
our socialist governments about life under socialism was a
monstrous lie. We learned that - well, actually you can live
economically much better under capitalism. Everything that Russians
were taught about people disappearing without trace - they were
told that there were no such disappearances - but it was a
monstrous lie. Sixty million Russians went through the
concentration camps, from 1918 when Lenin established the first
such camp in Russia -- until the present day where they still have
a four million prison population in Russia.
Sixty million went through the camps, and twenty million did
not return. And it was the same situation in Nazi Germany -- with
their concentration camps. And it may become a similar situation
here, if nobody does anything about these dozens of camps that are
prepared all over the country. With much more advanced technology.
I was speaking to the organizers of a conspiracy conference
in the Wembley Arena -- we went there in January. And they were
talking about high-speed incinerators that they were installing in
the British concentration camps. People have been talking here
about guillotines that have been quietly bought and installed in
camps here, and ready for declaration of an emergency situation -
suspension of the Constitution.
Why are we all here? What is this Preparedness Expo --
what are we preparing for - the end of the world? A crashing of a
comet or what?
My feeling is that we all are here, citizens against the
New World Order. Against the creeping socialism -- even the
"reeking" socialism -- of the New World Order.
Actually a lady here said it: "No it is not creeping; it is
a run-away locomotive that is going to hit America at 100 miles an
hour!"
THAT's why we are here: For citizens against the socialism
of the New World Order. It would be such a dreadful, awful
socialism -- that would make all experiences in Eastern Europe
before that, literally PALE in comparison.
All Russians and Eastern Europeans have been badly burned
by socialism. So there is no way for the Illuminati to succeed
with their plans there. The only country in the world that has not
been burned by socialism -- is America. Americans still
entertain, in their larger society -- entertain hopes -- naiive
hopes that, under socialism, we can live much better than we lived
under capitalism. And they are ready material -- to march straight
into the concentration camps of the New World Order.
A little talk about conspiracies: Little Bulgaria, in the
middle of the Balkan Penninsula -- I realize (in my forty years of
-- basically I lived thirty years there) that its a total waste of
time to study Bulgarian history through the Bulgarian textbooks --
explaining events in our little country, as if stemmming out of
local economic, social and political developments.
This is a total waste of time. Basically, 99% of the Bulgarian
history was decided from power centers way beyond the boundaries of
our little country -- from the Imperial capitals of Czarist Russia,
the Austro-Hungarian Empire, France, Germany, England, and so on.
On a similar level, if we expand this model to encompass the
whole world -- very little of the present day happenings on this
planet are decided by pure political, social or economical
developments here on the planet. Basically, we are a little
cog-wheel in a much grander scheme of celestial management.
My feeling is -- in the lectures that I do on Ufology -- I
started them two years ago in a community center in Santa Monica,
and soon I will be teaching them with several of the Los Angeles
universities -- I am of the opinion that there are probably
billions of populated planets in our galaxy alone. And many of
them have banded into federations, into societies, into alliances
-- and that there is a hierarchial power structure of managment --
lets call them management structures. And actually, that there are
many parallel management structures that peacefully -- or almost
peacefully co-exist; or sometimes engage in matches of
arm-wrestling and arm-twisting, and kicking under the table.
And that a lot of the politics on a little planet like ours --
I mean, there are 150 billion stars in our galaxy, with probably
ten times as many planets. We are really a very little world in
our galaxy. A lot of the affairs of our galaxy are decided by much
higher levels of celestial management.
And my feeling is that all the secret societies on this planet
were formed, in the first place, to be the low-key, low-profile
interface between alien clutures, alien philosophes -- and our own
terrestrial culture.
In the documentary films that were recently revealed by the
German secret society, the Thulegasoschaft [sp? it sounds on the
tape like "Tool-e-gas-oh-shaft"] and the Tempohafgasoschaft [sp?]
-- The Tempohafgasoschaft, the THG -- is the German branch of the
global Knight's Templars. And they made several fascinating films
about anti-gravity research and development in the '20s, '30s, and
'40s in Germany, that culminated in fascinating space programs --
before the War ended. I am going to go into detail in a minute on
them.
But my feeling is that secret societies have been the conduit,
and the mastermind, of many extra-terrestrial and extra-planetary
agendas that we have been following. And many of these agendas are
competing agendas -- coming from competing power centers.
So it is not a strange coincidence that some of the agendas are
here introduced openly -- they are practiced openly in society, or
relatively openly -- while others engage in midnight ceremonies in
invitation-only, extremely secretive societies that are impossible
to penetrate.
One of the biggest shocks in my adult learning career was
to realize that about a half of the Bulgarian literature figures of
any value in the Ninteenth Century were Freemasons. So I realized,
"Why do we waste out time studying literature in school when we can
study the agenda of Freemasonry and from there understand Bulgarian
literature a lot quicker and a lot better."
Ten years down the road, in the refugee camp in Vienna, I was
reading some information on Russian penetration -- Tsarist Russian
penetration -- in the 19th and 20th Century Bulgarian cultural
life. And again I realized that about a third of the famous
cultural figures on the Bulgarian cultural horizon were paid
Russian agents... So again I realized that a little country like
mine is managed on many levels through conspirative webs -- either
foreign agents, or secret societies.
And I have used this model to understand the workings of
present day American society -- and it has helped me a lot.
So we can safely conclude that behind the secret societies of
our culture here -- and as a rule of thumb, within every secret
society, there is another and even more secret society; and at its
middle, there is another, third, and a fourth, and a fifth level of
more and more secret societies. However, there is an interface
point -- where from there on, there are certain "alien" races that
interface with secret societies.
Stan Deyo, in his book, "Cosmic Conspiracy" -- a well esteemed
aviation writer from Australia, that graduated from the Colorado
Springs Air Force Academy -- pointed out that Edgar Hoover tried to
pinpoint the ten members of the Illuminati Politburo. The
Illuminati are, in my understanding, a secret organization within
the highest ranks of Freemasonry.
They pinpointed eight of the ten-member Politburo; the other
two were bordering on the paranormal. They would never enter the
building; they would never leave the building. But instead of
eight, there would be ten people sitting around the table.
My speculation is that these are either alien beings that beam
down and up for the occasion; or -- even rumours that "Lord
Maitreya" himself sits on some of these meetings.
Anyhow, there is a certain cut-off point from where aliens take
the management of the terrestrial secret societies.
We did a fascinating video-tape with Al Bielik and Chan Johnson
from Las Vegas, on the secret societies behind the German Third
Reich; the aliens behind the secret societies, and the even higher
levels of celestial management structures, namely the "Shambhalla"
and the "Agharta" power centers. These are two factions of the --
shall I call them, the not-very-standing, little-bit-Fallen angelic
presences -- independent angelic presence on the planet, as they
have been revealed in a lot of, but quite rare and very
hard-to-find metaphysical literature.
These are multiple layers of universal management or conspiracy
-- that if we understand them, it is far easier to understand the
agenda, the everyday agenda, of the New World Order -- that we all
would have to suffer from.
Now back to "Illuminated" Technologies:
How do they finance them? How do they finance these incredible
wonders that I will be taking about? Pentagon military money,
siphoned from normal projects to hidden projects -- there has been
a long history of channeling of normal Pentagon defense money.
Black project money is another way of funding even more secretive
stuff. But the real money for the secret projects comes from the
drug trade, which I have a feeling that it is the government and
the Illuminati that are organizing the drug trade, and reaping all
the profits from it.
The real money comes from the printing press. We all know that
basically the printing press is the best alchemical machine history
has ever seen; you put ink and paper on the input, and you get gold
on the putput. And everbody believes in that gold. And there is
no gold backing it up in Fort Knox, whatsoever.
So we are talking about billions and trillions, and quadrillions
of dollars that are pumped into the private projects. They simply
turn on the printing press and print the necessary anount of money.
Where do they build these projects that I will be talking about?
Bill Cooper was viciously attacked when he came out several years
ago with his book, "Behold a Pale Horse" -- and among other things,
he talks extensively about underground city-sized bases, evacuation
and survival bases -- built all over the United States, connected
with tube-shuttle, magnetically levitated supersonic trains that
would cross the country in about two hours, from the east to the
west; We are talking about technologies built in the '70s,
twenty-five years ago.
That system here was connected under Alaska with the Russian
underground system. I have heard that in South America, in the
South Pole, the Germans have connected their underground bases
there with similar magnetically-levitated underground
tube-shuttles.
My research in Germany during the time of World War II has
proved to me -- and I have a big collection of books, videos,
drawings, sketches and so on -- I discovered that there were about
300 underground - some of them city-sized - bases in Germany, fifty
years ago. Underground munition, aviation, tank-plants, petroleum
refineries, synthetic fuel plants, rocket plants -- and so on.
Some of them were 2 km. long and 1 km. wide -- I am talking about
fifty years ago in Germany.
They were boring them, tunneling them with sonic lasers --
that would pulverize the rock, and then the sand would just be
hauled away. They didn't even bother using these giant tunneling
machines that we find in the secret Rand Corporation Symposium on
Underground Construction that was going on in the '50s in this
country here.
So all of these talks about city-sized underground bases,
research complexes and frankensteinian labs are true -- in my
opinion. And I have a lot to back my claim.
What kind of technologies have the Illuminati developed in
the last 200 years? Basically everything that we have seen in
science fiction on television, is the stuff that the Illuminati
have been busily developing.
They had a radio in the early 1800s. I have a book of somebody
making the wrong turn in England and getting into a room where a
guy was talking audibly-- not a Morse Code radio telegraphy, but
telephonic radio -- with the United States in the early 1800s.
The Illuminati did not want to repeat that big screwup that
happened in the late 18th Century, when a messanger was hit by
lightning and killed -- and the pouch with extremely secret
documents ended up in the hands of the Bavarian police, where they
learned of the impending French Revolution. But nobody wanted to
listen to them.
So, communication-wise, the radio had been in their hands
for about two centuries now.
The "Nautilus" submarine is another story of a super-advanced
Illuminati research-and-development project. And so are the
"Ghost Airships" of the 1860s, 1870s, 1880s and 1890s. These
were secret Illuminati projects of aerial navigation -- dirigibles
with anti-gravity combination, dirigibles with free-energy...
I have been doing extensive research in that topic, and
recently several materials have come to my attention; There was a
secret aeronautical club called "Nimsa" in Sonora, California, that
had unlimited funding -- which is always the case with these secret
Illuminati projects.
In the 1860s, John Keeley produced the first anti-gravity,
soundless, noiseless flying platform. He demonstrated that to the
War Ministry. We have very interesting videos and audios on the
topic: Free-energy train locomotive and tunnel boring machines,
working with "magic" basically -- with sound waves digging railroad
tunnels.
Tesla was building saucers for the Illuminati in the 1890s and
early 1900s. All of the Fortean reports [tell] about lenticular
craft with people disembarking from them -- speaking in English,
and dressed in terrestrial clothing in the early 1900s -- and the
crew wearing standard issue U.S. Navy uniforms.
I don't think that these are hallucinatory or schizophrenic
hoaxes; I think this is exactly what these people saw -- some
unscheduled landing, or maybe some little mishap or something
of these craft...

There have been Moon landings way before the Germans landed
on the Moon in the middle of the Second World War. I have a big
suspicion -- and I have been investigating a story that actually
the British Illuminati landed on the Moon in the 1890s with a
hyper-technology that included rocket power, giant gun propulsion,
anti-gravity lift and also some very interesting anti-gravity
centrifuges that were holding the crew, so as to eliminate the
monstrous g-force at blast off, when people would be crushed like
parchment paper on the cabin floor -- if it was just a normal
shooting through the cannon barrel. And these were not canons made
of metal, but these were vertical shafts drilled in solid rock
formation.
Recent documentation that I got from a secret Russian research
and development institute on anti-gravity, proves the feasibility
-- the engineering and the physical feasibility -- that you can
have a human being shot in a giant cannon, and you can make that
being withstand the g-force, actually eliminate totally the
g-forces by creating a very small anti-gravity centrifuge inside
the shell, and putting the crew members inside there.
The Russian cosmonauts are using similar devices -- much
smaller
black boxes -- under the seat, that make 90% of the g-force
disappear.
However, I entered into all of these things through my passion
for flying contraptions -- as an engineer and physicist I had a
little dream to discover how anti-gravity works. In my videos and
articles I have extensively treated the topic. And in my upcoming
book, which will be titled, "My Discovery of Anti-gravity through
the Anthropology of Myth Approach" -- I was amazed to discover that
all of these myths, some of them thousands of years old, were
actually depicting working, feasible engineering -- from the
physics standpoint -- anti-gravity drives.
And from my study of anti-gravity drives, then I entered into
German anti-gravity research and development; and from there,
straight into the German secret societies, and these organizations
that were behind that research.
A fascinating documentary that was released just two months
ago, by the German secret society -- the Tempohofgasoschaft (sp) --
the German branch of the Knight's Templars -- reveals quite a bit
of the secret occult nature of the Third Reich. In 1911 the
Tempohof Society established the Thule and Vril Societies. A few
years later, they established the Nazi Party and the SS -- which
launched the whole experiment of Naziism in the German Third Reich.
Later on, they established the Black Sun organization -- which
is a secret society WITHIN the secret society of the SS -- to carry
[out] the most advanced projects that I will be talking about.
In a similar vein, many conspiracy theorists have claimed that
there are many layers of secret societies within secret societies
within the American CIA, in the American Military, in the Russian
KGB, and so on. The pattern is the same all over the world.
Watching the German film, we realized how secret societies work
behind the scenes in this country, and vice versa.
The Germans developed from the early 1920s more than fifty
different models of anti-gravity craft that I was able to gather
information on, drawings, sketches, and so on. With conventional
engines. I have drawings of piston-engine-powered anti-gravity
craft; basically you can build your own saucer with a simple car
engine.
They had models with turbo-jet engines -- standard issue
turbo-
jet engines used for their Messerschmidt 262 -- the first
operational fighter plane. These engines were used to power
turbo-jet saucers.
Simple spinning creates anti-gravity. There is no magical
wonder to that. And recent Illuminati "revelations" of the Bob
Lazar type -- that one needs the Element 115 in order to obtain
anti- gravity, and one needs a lot of alien hyper-advanced
technology is all a very clever smokescreen.
Any rotation of any physical object would reduce its weight;
and if you spin the hell out of it, it would lose weight and lift
off and disappear.
So basically, you can couple any existing engine to a spinning
lenticular frame and put a cabin in the middle -- and have your own
saucer. And I have a big collection of engineering - successful
devices. Either models, or flying devices that were tested in the
'50s, '60s, and '70s -- but never made it into the mainstream
literature.
The most advanced craft that the Germans developed were --
actually there is another family of rocket-engine-powered saucers
that were exo-atmospheric -- they could go into orbit in minutes;
The bigger models could go to the Moon and back in about two hours,
three hours -- on a truckload of liquid oxygen and a truckload of
kerosene.
The whole Apollo program was a giant hoax and a smokescreen --
to slow down the world's research, and to prove to every developing
nation that, "Now you cannot make it on your own -- because you
need 30 - 300 billion dollars, and you need about 300,000 elite
American engineers to take you to the Moon."
Not true! The Germans could build a craft a little bit bigger
than your living room, fill it with standard aviation or rocket
fuel, and go to the Moon and back in about two hours.
The most advanced designs that the Germans built were based on
free-energy, especially the Hans-Koeler Converter of free-energy --
which has no moving parts, and is very easy to build at home,
because you do not need expensive machining parts which would cost
a lot. These are basically magnets and coils, in a particular
geometry, that would create electricity on it's own. Giant
converters of this type were powering the football-field sized
"dreadnoughts" -- free-energy dreadnoughts that took the Germans to
the Moon, Mars, and beyond -- according to the documentary films
that I will be talking about.
The Germans had a Moon base established before the War ended
--
and, by the way, in the films -- I will be showing extensive parts
of these films and a slide presentation -- the best of the more
than 600 slides that I have on the topic of German anti--gravity
research and development; photographs, drawings, and detailed
explanations of how these craft were made.
There is atmosphere on the Moon. There is water and
vegetation
on the Moon, and basically everything NASA told us about the Moon
is a lie. I will be showing a slide of a giant lake on the Moon --
a color slide -- as proof of the wild rumors that I heard by a
leading journalist in this country...
But I found a big-sized photograph of a lake on the Moon --
color photo. The air is so transparent, you could see the craters
through the water on the bottom of that lake. It is fascinating. I
have discovered photographs of vegetation on the Moon -- green in
spring and summer, and reddish in autumn; basically, sparse
Arizona-desert-type vegetation, and so on.
In these German documentary films, the Germans even claim
that they were successful in doing time-travel saucer flights
back to our past -- and they went 400 years back in time.
Interesting, actually -- interestingly enough, John Searl in
the 1970s in England started building a free-energy device, the
Searl Energy Converter -- and later figured out that it can be used
for levitation, for anti-gravity. So did Chauberger (sp) in the
1940s and '50s -- he started working with his water turbines and
discovered that they would induce levitation -- they would have a
strong anti-gravity effect on top of producing free-energy.
The Germans took a different route, and started working on
a gyroscopic time-machine -- all of this with alien technology, of
course. But then later, they realized that this time-machine could
also levitate, and be used as an anti-gravity drive.
I will show some photographs, very quickly -- of the most
advanced models that the Germans had. I have been called a crazy,
"nazi" saucer-nut for believing several years ago that these
drawings had more to them -- that these were not fiction but were
actual models.
[photo] This is a twelve-engine [maybe he meant 12-cylinder?]
BMW engines that were used for the Messerschmidt twin-engine
turbo-jet fighter, that were used for this [saucer] craft. This is
a [?intelligible -the word sounds like "Belontformetoscheber"]
craft -- but a drawing is a drawing, and a photograph is worth a
thousand words -- we have a proverb in Europe over there.
[photo] Now, this is the Vril series of aerial intercepter
fighters of about 30-feet diameter [saucer] -- single seater,
aerial intercepter fighter. 2900 km -- 3 times the speed of sound
in the atmosphere. It had ex-atmospheric, orbital and maybe even
Moon-going capabilities. It was running on a gravity-energy
converter -- not a single drop of fuel.

In
this photo here, this is the autumn of 1944 -- spring of 1945.
Some of these models were much earlier; in the films that I will be
showing in my seminars -- they had the first crude anti-gravity
free-energy design in 1934, a year after Hitler came to power.
[photo] This is a high-banking maneuver; the pilot keeps his
head
his head straight, visbile through the transparent perspecs
cuplola; and upon closer observation, one can see these two black
dots here that are probably the sunglasses of the pilot. I mean,
this is a stratospheric craft, and there is a lot of sun up there
-- so you definitely need sunglasses.
[photo] These are close-up photographs of these low-level
flights
over the testing ground. The runic sign for the life-force, which
is called the "vril" -- and the name of the word vril also means
the life-force; and the name of the craft is Vril, and the name of
the society is Vril. So basically, this was a secret society, a
secret scientific society, whose goal was the harnessing of the
elemental forces in nature.
[photo] And this is probably the second prototype of this
craft.
They went to "Vril 17". They had quite a quite extensive program.
These were the first and most crude designs that they had.
[photo] Later on, they built much bigger -- these are a
tank-killer type, 75 feet diameter saucer-shaped craft. Three
stories tall in the middle, with about 100 tons in weight. They
did not have, by the time the war ended, working operational
force-field shields around this craft -- so they had to rely on
brute thick armor. So that is why these were very heavy. But the
anti-gravity engines were so powerful, they could lift 100 tons --
which is a good steam locomotive -- in orbit without a problem.
And we see standard-issue tank turrets on the underside of the
craft. This was a free-energy craft, but not a free ammunition
craft -- so they had to land and reload. They did not have, as
they developed later -- and I will show a photograph here, of their
first free-energy beam weapon.

clearly
the Panther tank turret, with three mini-turrets and a gun pointing
in this direction -- this is a blow-up. [photo] This is a Tiger
tank turret, with a 75mm x 70 calibers - is the length of the gun
-- the best tank guns developed at the end of the Second World War.
According to Renato Vesco, the Italian Werner Von Braun -- who
wrote the book "Intercept But Don't Shoot" [aka "Intercept UFO" (p)
Zebra Books, New York, 1974] -- all of these craft were tested on
in limited number -- low profile testing on the European battle
theatre -- and then everything was packed, crated and shipped with
their giant submarines to their South Polar colony.
In the seminar I will go in great detail about the South Polar
German colony, and what they have been doing there.

the Billy Meier photo with the sun behind the cabin here. As a
physicist I can give you a two-hour lecture on the physics of this
photograph. And the physical phenomena that we see around the
craft; and the optical blurring due to the extremely intensive
gravitational field around the craft -- but simply there is no time
for that here.
[photo] They also developed cigar shaped mother ships, [...end
of side one on the tape. don't know if there was anything missing
here on the tape or not as side 2 begins...] but the only naval-
warfare craft that they built -- this is a Hannibal III type craft,
74 metres diameter -- about 300 feet diameter -- football field-
sized craft. Ten story tall on the center axis, with giant naval
triple-gun naval turrets -- one, two, three turrets on the
underbelly, and a fourth turret on the top.
In the documentary film, they claim that they took this craft
on a desperate kamikaze flight -- no return flight to Mars -- in
April 1945 -- a month before the war ended in Germany. A volunteer
crew of Germans and Japanese. They knew that there would not be
any return flight, because the alloys that they were using were so
primitive at the time -- the extensive electromagnetic-gravitic
field, due to it's interaction with the electrons of metals, would
weaken the metallic bond and cause excessive fatigue of the metal.
So they landed on Mars with their drives almost cracking open;
they couldn't crank them to the maximim power, so they crash-
landed, damaged the drives, but the crew survived. Then they sent
a message to their South Polar colony that -- actually the flight
was so successful that they landed in the middle of January 1946,
after eight months of heavy flight.
[photo] This is a much slimmer model, with three turrets that
look more like the Medimach (sp?) turrets than a tank turret --
these are beam-weapon turrets. The Germans developed a Donar (sp?)
Ray Gun, the "thundercannon" -- which is a free-energy
electromagnetic laser weapon that could drill holes in 4-inch steel
plate -- before the war ended.
So I have a feeling that this is a craft that was built in
the 1950s or '60s from the German South Polar colony on the South
Pole -- basically it's more of an Illuminati colony than a German
colony there. And these craft and many others have been used
extensively in the abduction scenarios that have been played out in
this country.
So, I was amazed myself, starting with two flimsy tabloid
reports of German anti-gravity craft -- in just two years, to
discover this extensive information.. I will be publishing several
books on the topic; I have published many journal articles in
journals on three continents; and this is probably the topic that
everyone wants to hear most -- the anti-gravity research and
development, and the EASINESS of obtaining anti- gravity and even
free-energy anti-gravity.
BUT, space flights with anti-gravity are not the hottest
issue. In the German documentary films, the second part of it --
also the Germans claim that they were able to send one ship of
these -- probably the Hannibal type craft -- through a warp-type
tunnel through time and space, to the Aldebaran star system, on
whose two planets exist a Sumerian (?) race. The Aldebaranians
were one of the alien races that were secretly helping Hitler and
the Third Reich.
And through this revelatory film of the Tempohafgasoschaft,
the German secret society -- it is very interesting that for the
first time, anybody officially would admit that a lot of the
dealings of our planet come from levels much higher than our globe.
So they were able to send one of these crafts through a
warp-speed flight to the Aldebaran star system, which is 68
light-years away. And they arrived there in literally minutes.
Now, spaceflight with anti-gravity saucer-type craft is not
the highest Illuminati achievement in inter-planetary
teleportation. I do believe that everything that Al Bielik has been
talking about -- of the development of teleportation from the 1930s
unto the '50s, when they had it already finished -- is true, and
that the government has technology of teleporting somebody from an
orbiting, or hanging up saucer, to the surface -- the "Beam me down
Scotty routine."
Not only that, but they have perfected that to the point
where they are doing inter-planetary teleportation. And even that
is not the highest level of space travel. This is the second-
generation of space travel -- the teleportation is the second
generation after the saucers.
The third generation, and the most advanced one, is the
time-tunneling -- which is described in the Montauk Project books,
the first and the second books in the series. And Al Bielik and
Preston Nichols have been talking extensively about the time-
tunneling, which is a worm-hole warp - how shall I call it - a
tunneling effect through hyper-space between two points in our
Galaxy, or anywhere in our Universe.
And it gives the government a transportation capability in
real-time, to send anyone or any piece of military hardware to any
point in the Universe. It all was done through extensive help and
alien cooperation. My feeling is that these are massive research
and development efforts; undertaken by these huge alien
federations. And in the same way that we test new drugs in Third
World countries, a lot of alien races test new and dangerous
technologies on Third World Planets.
Why are they going to rip the fabric of their space-time
continuum with half-baked and under-baked "Philadephia"
technology, when they can do that on our planet -- and have fun in
the process.

Thank you for sending me the file with your considerations. I think that
you should keep your calculations for later use, because it is too early
to draw conclusions now. First of all, the "expulsive" force which has
been observed by Podkletnov up to now is very weak, and it has been
noticed only occasionally. Moreover, although general arguments of energy
conservation indicate that there should be such a force its strengh is
actually unknown since you do not know whether the field is conservative.
Presumably it is not.
It will take some time for the apparatus to shield an object which you
put over the disk. It is not the case "motion of a body in an external
field". There is an interaction between the two.

You seem to be conduiting information on this. Here is some more.
Dr Podkletnov is no longer at Tampere but he is in Finland. I have
faxed him asking for a pre-print but nothing has arrived as yet.
We know some pre-prints are circulating as the 1995-1996 experiments
have been commented on in various other papers. Most notably by
Modanese Giovanni from Max Plank Institute who tries to bring
them in under the umbrella of Quantum Gravity. (See link below)
I have not ascertained whether Podkletnov et al has answered the
objection raised by Podesta & Bull Physica C 253 (1995) 199-200.
However, there is some independent yet specifically co-oborating
theoretical work at the University of Alabama. This group is
doing work for NASA as well as now investigating the Tampere results.
It seems they have been predicting such an effect albeit smaller.

A theory that might lead to the creation of measurable
manmade gravitational fields has been developed by
physicists at UAH.
If the theoretical work is borne out in the laboratory,
it will prove that physicist Albert Einstein was
correct in predicting that moving matter generates
two kinds of gravitational fields: gravito-magnetic and
gravito-electric. The 'artificial' gravitational field
would be generated inside a container made of a
superconducting material, said Dr. Douglas Torr,
a research professor of physics and director of UAH's Optical
Aeronomy Laboratory. "I think we can at the very least
generate a microscopic field ..." If Einstein was right,
the amount of gravito-magnetic energy produced by an
object is proportional to its mass and its movement,
explained Dr. Ning Li, a research scientist in UAH's
Center for Space Plasma and Aeronomic Research. To create
the artificial gravitational fields, Torr and Li propose
placing a superconducting container in a magnetic
field to align ions that are spinning or rotating in tiny
circles inside the superconducting material. Their
theory predicts the existence of ionic spin or rotation in
a superconductor in a magnetic field."
It is well known that the classical post-Newtonian corrections
of GR have a Maxwell kind of character. But that
effect should be really small in the lab -- not as big as what
is claimed experimentally. Of course
superconductors have nonclassical giant wave functions and that
has to be taken into account. Crowell using the
Bohm pilot-wave/beable theory in the relativistic limit has
shown that the pilot wave does distort the
classical metric of the hidden variable or beable particle.
So the question is, is this quantum distortion
effect big enough for a superconductor to account for the
large size of the claim???? I would be surprised if
it was. But I do not know right now. I did speculate about
such a thing several weeks before I heard of these
claims. I did get the idea of a rotating superconductor
generating lift when I first read Crowell's paper on
"hidden time". But, to repeat, I have not yet checked
this intuition with an actual calculation. Feel free to
try anyone out there and let me know.

SCIENTISTS in Finland are about to reveal details of the world's first
anti-gravity device. Measuring about 12in across, the device is said to
reduce significantly the weight of anything suspended over it.
The claim - which has been rigorously examined by scientists, and is due
to appear in a physics journal next month - could spark a technological
revolution. By combating gravity, the most ubiquitous force in the
universe, everything from transport to power generation could be
transformed.

The Sunday Telegraph has learned that Nasa, the American space agency, is
taking the claims seriously, and is funding research into how the
anti-gravity effect could be turned into a means of flight.
The researchers at the Tampere University of Technology in Finland, who
discovered the effect, say it could form the heart of a new power source,
in which it is used to drive fluids past electricity-generating turbines.
Other uses seem limited only by the imagination:
Lifts in buildings could be replaced by devices built into the ground.
People wanting to go up would simply activate the anti-gravity device -
making themselves weightless - and with a gentle push ascend to the floor
they want.
Space-travel would become routine, as all the expense and danger of
rocket technology is geared towards combatting the Earth's gravitation
pull.
By using the devices to raise fluids against gravity, and then
conventional gravity to pull them back to earth against
electricity-generating turbines, the devices could also revolutionise
power generation.
According to Dr Eugene Podkletnov, who led the research, the discovery
was accidental. It emerged during routine work on so-called
"superconductivity", the ability of some materials to lose their
electrical resistance at very low temperatures. The team was carrying out
tests on a rapidly spinning disc of superconducting ceramic suspended in
the magnetic field of three electric coils, all enclosed in a
low-temperature vessel called a cryostat.
"One of my friends came in and he was smoking his pipe," Dr Podkletnov
said. "He put some smoke over the cryostat and we saw that the smoke was
going to the ceiling all the time. It was amazing - we couldn't explain
it."
Tests showed a small drop in the weight of objects placed over the
device, as if it were shielding the object from the effects of gravity -
an effect deemed impossible by most scientists.
"We thought it might be a mistake," Dr Podkletnov said, "but we have
taken every precaution". Yet the bizarre effects persisted. The team
found that even the air pressure vertically above the device dropped
slightly, with the effect detectable directly above the device on every
floor of the laboratory.
In recent years, many so-called "anti-gravity" devices have been put
forward by both amateur and professional scientists, and all have been
scorned by the establishment. What makes this latest claim different is
that it has survived intense scrutiny by sceptical, independent experts,
and has been accepted for publication by the Journal of Physics-D:
Applied Physics, published by Britain's Institute of Physics.
Even so, most scientists will not feel comfortable with the idea of
anti-gravity until other teams repeat the experiments. Some scientists
suspect the anti-gravity effect is a long-sought side-effect of
Einstein's general theory of relativity, by which spinning objects can
distort gravity. Until now it was thought the effect would be far too
small to measure in the laboratory.
However, Dr Ning Li, a senior research scientist at the University of
Alabama, said that the atoms inside superconductors may magnify the
effect enormously. Her research is funded by Nasa's Marshall Space Flight
Centre at Huntsville, Alabama, and Whitt Brantley, the chief of Advanced
Concepts Office there, said: "We're taking a look at it, because if we
don't, we'll never know."
The Finnish team is already expanding its programme, to see if it can
amplify the anti-gravity effect. In its latest experiments, the team has
measured a two per cent drop in the weight of objects suspended over the
device - and double that if one device is suspended over another. If the
team can increase the effect substantially, the commercial implications
are enormous.
Follow-Up Investigative Conversations

What follows is a summary of my conversations on Friday 6/9/96 with the various
parties involved in the anti-gravity claims, on which Ian Sample and I reported
in the Sunday Telegraph on 1/9/96. It's rather terse, but it's been a long
day.....
1. Following the posting of the statement from Prof Tuomo Tiainen of Tampere U
Inst of Materials Science disclaiming any knowledge or involvement in the
anti-gravity research, I contacted the Institute of Physics in London and the
offices of J Phys D in IoP Publishing in Bristol to find out their reaction.
Neither were aware of any problems about the paper, scheduled to appear in the
October issue of the journal, and were taken aback by the reaction of Tampere.
Richard Palmer, Managing Editor of J Phys D said he would investigate matters
further (of which more below)
2. Following the statement by Petri Vuorinen, whose name appears on the paper
as
co-author, disclaiming any involvement, I faxed a set of questions to Dr Eugene
Podkletnov (lead author) asking for an explanation. While waiting for a
response
of the paper, I contacted PV, whose immediate reaction was to insist that I
talk
to Prof Tiainen, who was apparently fielding all inquiries. However, PV did say
that he had worked with EP some years ago, but had no idea why his name had
appeared on the paper as co-author on this latest paper. He was anxious to
distance himself from the research.

3. EP then responded to my fax by telephone. He said that the denial of any
(recent) involvement by Tampere stemmed from the fact that (a) the key
experiments were indeed done some years ago, in 1992; (b) that Prof Tiainen has
only been director of the Institute for four months, and was not in a position
to know about the experiments before then. EP insisted that the results stated
in the forthcoming paper are reliable and genuine, and that Tampere has full
knowledge, with a (Finnish?) patent being applied for in its name. (I wasn't
able to confirm this latter point in the time available).
On the matter of PV's denial of all involvement in the paper, and
mystification of his involvement, EP insisted that there must have been some
mix-up over names at Tampere, and that there must be a second Petri Vuorinen
working on superconductivity at the Institute, and that the one involved in
anti-gravity was now working in Japan. When challenged on the sheer
implausibility of this, EP said that the name was a common one in Finland.
He finished by saying that he did not want to cause any trouble with Tampere,
with which he appears to still have some relationship (Tampere's statement says
he no longer works there; however, one researcher said he had seen EP visiting
the Institute last week; the discrepancy may revolve on the question of
full-time salaried staff and others like EP who appear to be on more informal
arrangements - see below).
4. I went back to PV, putting to him EP's claim that there must be two
researchers with the same name. PV said there are only about 60 people in the
Institute, and that he was sure he would know if there was another researcher
with the same name there. He added that he had indeed been in Japan - three
years ago. He ended by saying that he hoped the controversy did not damage
relationships between Finnish institutes and the British academic journals.
Later I discovered that there is indeed another PV - Petri Vuoristo - at the
Institute, but he denied all involvement in the research too.
5. Prof Tiainen responded to a call placed AM, and began by repeating the
original statement denying any involvement - except some years ago - in
anti-gravity research. He re-iterated that he did not have any views on whether
the claims being made in the forthcoming JPhysD were valid or not (he said he
was not qualified to do so). He added, however, that "We don't want to get the
credit for the result if it is good or bad". He said that EP had done good work
at Tampere on thin films and S/conductivity, and that EP still came into the
university, but had no official position.TT said: "I was completely surprised
when I learnt these things were going on". He finished by saying that "If this
turns out bad" he would consider banning EP from the Institute. He said that
there had been claims that part of the work was funded by the Finnish military,
but denied that this was the case.
6. I then contacted the editorial offices of JPhys D again, and was told by
Richard Palmer, managing editor, that he had been contacted by TT. In the light
of the conversation, RP said he and his staff were looking at the paper again,
and had not ruled out the possibility of holding the paper out of the journal
until EP had been contacted for clarification of various issues. Among these
was the fact that documents relating to the paper's publication carry the
signature of PV - who denies involvement in the research.
7. Despite repeated requests, the IoP head office did not issue a position
statement during the day.
8. MONDAY 9 September: Dr Podkletnov has today contacted the IoP editorial
offices, and requested that his paper be withdrawn from publication in JPhysD
next month. His request has been accepted, and the IoP is taking no further
action on this matter.

Well, it seems that there's a cover-up already well in-progress here. It would
appear that the British newspaper report on this, from just last month, has
driven Dr. Podkletnov into hiding. He has also withdrawn his most recent
technical paper on the subject. He is not taking phone calls, and even prior
colleagues are saying they don't know him.
The cover-up actually started earlier. I was aware of this discovery in
February of this year, through a friend of mine. At that time, I did a search
of the Tampere University website, and there was not one word about this
fascinating discovery.
Back in February, I heard word that the University was negotiating the
receiving of further experimental funding from a large private industrial
firm, possibly Japanese. NASA scientists also interviewed Dr. Giovanni
Modanese, who has also written a couple of papers on the discovery. Following
that, reportedly, NASA refused to discuss any of their findings with Dr.
Modanese.
There are reports that NASA is actively pursuing this, at their research
facility in Huntsville, AL. There is word from a "consultant" working with
NASA in Huntsville. This consultant did not want his name revealed, and did
not want to be connected with either the Tampere researchers or NASA. This
"consultant" did what he could to discourage my friend from taking any further
interest in the Tampere discovery, including any attempts at replicating the
experiment. This consultant told my friend, "it's a very complex and
difficult experiment."
Nothing could be further from the truth. As Hoagland said on Art Bell's radio
program Friday night, it is and incredibly EASY experiment to do. I think
Hoagland may have oversimplified that statement slightly, you do need to
handle cryogenic fluids, such as liquid nitrogen, but that is about the most
dangerous part (don't get any on your fingers!).
The experiment is very straightforward, though. I will post more details soon.
But bacically it is a disk of yttrium-barium-cuperate, a superconductor
(available at Edmund Scientific for about $22) floating over an
electromagnetic coil. This is the classic Meissner Effect, and is part of most
every physics class curriculum. The researchers in Finland discovered that
a small weight suspended over the levitating, superconducting disk would lose
about 0.05% of its weight. Further, when the superconducting disk is spun, the
weight loss increased, up to about 0.3% at around 3500 rpm. The scientists
used a set of coils, not unlike those from a conventional AC electric motor,
to cause the disk to spin. This might be the most difficult part of the
experiment to do, as it requires some electrical/electronic knowledge. I did
notice Hoagland sort of gloss over this fact when he was encouraging all the
listeners out there to try the experiment.
There's definately an effort out there to cover this up. Hoagland is right, we
must not let this happen. Almost certainly, the government is far ahead of
this simple experiment. What they don't want to happen now is for other
private researchers to get as far as they have, eventually ending up with
antigravitational propulsion and mass cancellation. Along those lines,
Hoagland said that some experiments since the original 1992 one in Tampere,
Finland have combined several stacked superconducting disks, and the result
has been a multiplication of the effect. The exact results of those
experiments, however, are not known.

The most recent data about the weak gravitational shielding
produced recently through a levitating and rotating HTC
superconducting disk show a very weak dependence of the
shielding value ($\sim 1 \%$) on the height above the disk. We
show that whilst this behaviour is incompatible with an intuitive
vectorial picture of the shielding, it is consistently explained
by our theoretical model. The expulsive force observed at the
border of the shielded zone is due to energy conservation.
High-$T_c$ cuprates.
Quantum gravity.
The measurements of Podkletnov et al.\ of a possible weak gravitational
shielding effect have been repeated several times and under
different conditions by that group, with good reproducibility,
including results in the vacuum. In the forthcoming months
other groups will hopefully be able to confirm the effect independently.
While the Tampere group was mainly concerned with
obtaining larger values for the shielding, studying its dependence
on numerous experimental parameters and testing new materials
for the disk, in the future measurements it will be important
to obtain more exact data, including detailed spatial field maps.
The theoretical model suggested by us is still evolving,
although at a fundamental level; a more detailed account
appears elsewhere.
Let us recall in short the main features of the experiment. A HTC
superconducting disk or toroid with diameter between 15 and 30 cm,
made of YBa_2 Cu_3 O_{7-x}, is refrigerated by liquid helium in a
stainless steel cryostat at a temperature below 70 K. The
microscopic structure of the material, which plays an important
role in determining the levitation properties and the amount
of the effect, is described in details in the cited works.
The disk levitates above an electromagnet and rotates by
the action of lateral alternating e.m. fields. Samples of different
weight and composition are placed over the disk, at a distance
which can vary from a few cm to 1 m or more (see below). A
weight reduction of about 0.05% is observed when the disk is
levitating but not rotating; the weight loss reaches values about
0.5% when the disk rotates at a frequency of 5000 rpm.
If at this point the rotating fields are switched off, the
sample weight remains decreased till the rotation frequency
of the disk decreases. On the other hand, if the rotation
frequency is decreased from 5000 to 3500 rpm using the solenoids
as breaking tools, the shielding effect reaches maximum values
from 1.9 to 2.1%, depending on the position of the sample
with respect to the outer edge of the disk.
This effect, if confirmed, would represent a very new and
spectacular phenomenon in gravity; namely, as well known, there
has never been observed any conventional gravitational shielding
up till now, up to an accuracy of one part in 10^10, and General
Relativity and perturbative Quantum Gravity exclude any measurable
shielding. Our temptative theoretical explanation is based
on some properties of non-perturbative quantum gravity. We have
shown that the density field |\phi_^2 of the Cooper pairs
inside the superconductor or, more likely, the squared gradient
(\partial_\mu \phi_0)^* phi_0) may act as localized
positive contributions to the small negative effective gravitational
cosmological constant \Lambda; if the sum turns out to be positive
in a certain four-dimensional region, a local gravitational singularity
arises there, affecting the gravitational propagators and thus the
interaction potential (between the Earth and the samples, in
this case).
To sketch our model -- although not rigorously -- we could say
that there is an "anomalous coupling" between the mentioned
density phi_0^2 or the squared gradient mu \phi_0^*
mu \phi_0 and the gravitational field, and
that the net result is to partly "absorb" the field. We expect
that only in some regions of the superconductor the density
phi_0^2 or the squared gradient will be strong enough and
that the inhomogeneities of the material and the pinning centers
will be crucial in determining such regions. Since the gravitational
field is attractive, its "absorption" requires energy from the
outside. This means that there must be some mechanism external to
the disk which it forces phi_0^2 or mu \phi_0^*
mu phi_0 to take high values. This is caused in the
experiment by the action of the external electromagnetic field and
by the disk rotation.
The dependence of the shielding effect on the height, at which the
samples are placed above the superconducting disk, has been recently
measured up to a height of 3 m. No difference in the
shielding value has been noted, with a precision of one part in
10^3. It is also remarkable that during the measurement at 3 m height
the sample was placed in the room which lies above the main laboratory,
on the next floor; in this way the effect of air flows
on the measurements was greatly reduced. For the used 500 g sample
the weight loss was ca. 2.5 g.
Such an extremely weak height dependence of the shielding is in
sharp contrast with the intuitive picture, according to which the
gravitational field of the Earth is the vectorial sum of the
fields produced by each single "portion" of Earth. In the absence
of any shielding, the sum results in a field which is equivalent
to the field of a pointlike mass placed in the center of the Earth;
this can be checked elementarily by direct integration or invoking
Gauss' theorem and the spherical symmetry. But if we admit that
the superconducting disk produces a weak shielding, the part of
the Earth which is shielded lies behind the projection of the
disk as seen from the sample, i.e., within an angle theta about
the vertical direction, such that tan theta = h, where h is
the sample height over the disk measured in units of the
disk radius. (For simplicity we suppose now the sample to be
centered above the disk.)

In order to obtain the shielding effect as a function of h,
taking into account this geometrical factor, one must integrate
the Newtonian contribution cos phi R^2 over the intersection
between the Earth and the cone defined by phi < theta.
We have done this for the values h=1,2,3,4,6,8,10, through a
Montecarlo algorithm. We took into account the higher density
of the Earth's core rho_core \sim 2 \rho_mantle; $r_{core}
\sim (1/2) r_Earth; it is straightforward to insert more accurate
values, but the final results change very little); we also computed
analytically the contribution of the tip of the cone, from the
Earth's surface to the Earth's core, in order to reduce the
fluctuations in the Montecarlo samplings for small R.

The resulting values were the following:

This strong height dependence is clearly incompatible with the mentioned
experimental data, which instead seem to indicate that in the
shielding process all the mass of the Earth behaves effectively
as if it would be concentrated in one point.
In our theoretical model this property arises in a natural way.
We employ a quantum formula which expresses the static gravitational
interaction energy of two masses m_1 and m_2 in terms of an
invariant vacuum expectation value, namely

The constants k and lambda are related -- in general
as ``bare quantities'' -- to the Newton constant G and to the
cosmological constant Lambda: k corresponds to 1/8 pi G
and lambda to Lambda/8 pi . The trajectories x_i(t) of
m_1 and m_2 are parallel with respect to the metric g; let
R be their distance.
In the weak-field approximation, eq.\ ref reproduces
to lowest order the Newton potential and can be used
to find its higher order quantum corrections muz, or implemented
on a Regge lattice to investigate the non-perturbative
behaviour of the potential at small distances h. The
addition to the gravitational action of a term
which represents a localized external Bose condensate
footnote: This means that the density of the condensate is not
included into the functional integration variables.
mimics a shielding effect which is absent from the classical
theory and which we take as our candidate model for the
observed shielding.
The feature of eq. which is of interest here
is that if the two masses m_1 and m_2 are not pointlike,
the trajectories x_1(t) and x_2(t) must be those of their
centers of mass. (This also makes irrelevant the question --
actually ill-defined in general relativity --
whether they are pointlike or not.) Thus, when applying
eq. to the Earth and the sample, we only need
to consider the centers of mass of those
bodies. In this way we reproduce the observed behaviour for the
shielding as well as for the regular interaction.
The ensuing apparent failure in the "local transmission" of the
gravitational interaction does not contrast with any known
property of gravity, and references about
the problem of the local energy density in General Relativity
and about the non-localization of virtual gravitons.
One should also keep in mind that holds only
in the static case.
Finally, if we describe the shielding effect as a slight
diminution of the effective value of the gravitational
acceleration g, and remember that the gravitational potential
energy U=-\frac G m_Earth r_Earth = -g r_Earth
is negative, it follows that the energy of a sample inside
the shielded zone is larger than its energy outside. This
means in turn that the sample must feel an expulsive force
at the border of the shielded region. Such a force has been
indeed observed, although precise data are not
available yet. From the theoretical point of view it is
however not trivial to do any prevision about the intensity
of the force. In fact, the shielding process absorbs energy
from the experimental apparatus and thus any transient
stage is expected to be highly non-linear, especially for
heavy samples.

Here's some information about the gravitational shielding
experiments which were done by E. Podkletnov and others,
in Tampere Finland, with papers published in 1992 and 1995.
Summary - A type 123 superconductor disk, approximately 6
inches in diameter, is levitated above a solenoid coil, and
then rotated by using two other solenoid coils along its
sides. A gravitational shielding effect was measured above
the disk. A cube of glass was found to lose up to 2% of its
weight. The Finnish scientists stumbled across this effect
by accident while looking for something else. In the second
of the two experiments the gravitational shielding effect
above a 6-inch disk, was found to extend at least through
the second floor of the laboratory building, with only a
small attenuation over distance.
Possible theoretical interpretations of the Tampere experiment
have been proposed in two papers (May 1995 and January 1996)
by Dr Giovanni Modanese of Italy. Two scientists engaged
with NASA (Dr Ning Li and Dr Douglas Torr), at UAB
Huntsville have also published some articles relating to
the gravito-electric effects of superconductors.
The Finnish scientists are reported to have been acquired
by a corporation affiliated with the Canadian government.
Further published reports are not expected. Aside from NASA,
there may be no other groups attempting to repeat the
experiment, except possibly a group in Italy. It's a relatively
simple experiment with profound implications. Anti-Gravity
and Free-Energy. It hasn't been well publicized -- actually
not publicized at all. Unfortunately, it seems that a number
of things like this have fallen through the cracks over the
last 40 years and gotten lost somewhere in the intelligence
beaureaucracy.
In my opinion, the results of the Tampere experiment are
directly related to the experiments of William Hooper,
(Electric-Gravitational field from a current carrying
conductor -- also know as: the Clausius Postulate is
invalid). The genesis of Hooper's work was the experiments
that Joel Fisher and Hooper did in the late 1950s. Hooper
did additional experiments in the 1960s, and was awarded
two US patents (in 1969 and 1972). In one of Hooper's patents
he provided the comment that his invention will probably
not become a practical thing until sometime in the future
when superconductor technology becomes available. It could
be that now's the time.

Is anyone familiar with the experiments in Tampere Finland, by
Podkletnov et al on weak gravitational shielding from a Meissner
levitating, rotating disk of high-Tc superconducting material?
The paper is: E. Podkletnov and R. Nieminen, Physica C 203 (1992) 441.
E. Podkletnov and A. D. Levit have another paper now, a Tampere
University of Technology report, January 1995 (Finland),
the experiment having being repeated (I assume no one
believed it the first time?).
In the 1st experiment a 5 g sample of silicon dioxide was found
to loose around 0.05 % of its weight when placed at a distance of
15 mm from the SC disk. The SC disk had diameter 145 mm and thickness
6 mm. Under rotation of the disk the effect increased up to 0.3 %.
In the 2nd experiment samples of different composition and
weight (10-50 g) were placed at distances of 25 mm to 1.5 m from
the disk. The mass loss went as high as around 2 %.
I found out about this through a theoretical preprint by Giovanni
Modanese, a Von Humboldt Fellow from the Max Plank institute. The
preprint no. is MPI-PhT/95-44, May 1995. A colleage got it from
hep-th@babbage.sissa.it, paper 9505094. Modanese thinks that it is
something to do with the bose condensate from the SC interacting
with the gravitational field. He uses some non-perturbative quantum
theory on the Regge lattice to attempt to understand the effect.
Must be a little bit like explaining cold fusion with the standard
tools - couldn't be done. We all know what happened to cold fusion
but at the time a professor from my department said in a public
lecture that the product of the believability and the potential
importance if true was of order 1.

NASA has been conducting experiments similar to the anti-gravity
shielding experiments done in Tampere Finland. Dr. Ning Li
at the University of Alabama Huntsville, has published some
articles about the relationship between superconductors and
gravitation. She works closely with Dr Douglas Torr.

This paper is a review of the problem of the observable action of
gravitational forces on charged particles. The author discusses the
induced electric fields and the sometimes overlooked unique physical
properties. He analyzes several experiments, showing the reality of
the induced electric fields. The current interpretation, based on the
idea of only one electric field, with certain characteristics, is
compared with alternative approaches.
The Hooper Coil:
Rognerud has tested a setup by pulsing strong currents, opposite and
equal, through multiple parallel conductors. The configuration of the
conductors in this type of experiment will cancel the B-fields, while
still producing an Em field, in accordance with Eq. 4.2. This is
similar to an experiment by Hooper (W. J. Hooper), who successfully
predicted and measured the motional electric field - all in zero
resultant B-field.
Interestingly, all of the above experiments can influence an electron
with a zero B-field, in the region of the electron. This has some
profound implications - one of which is that the motional electric
force field is immune to electrostatic or magnetic shielding.
Experimentally, it can be confirmed that the motional electric field
is immune to shielding and follows the boundary conditions of the
magnetic (not electric) field. The only way to shield a motional
electric field is to use a magnetic shield around the source of the
magnetic flux - containing it at the source. These effects are not
startling if one remembers that the motional electric field is a
magnetic effect and that a magnetic field has a different boundary
condition than the electric field.
The Hooper effect can be readily demonstrated in the "Two Moving
Magnets Experiment". In this experiment, magnetic flux is provided by
equal strength opposite pole magnets, moving uniformly in opposite
directions. The induced motional electric field that is generated
in a conductor, is found to be twice that which would result from
a single magnet, while remarkably, the sum of the magnetic B field
is zero. This experiment is easy to setup and verify in any electronics
laboratory with a pair of magnets, a wire, and a voltmeter. In fact,
you may wrap the conductor, in electrostatic or magnetic shielding,
and find the same result.

Experiments were conducted to test assertions from Patent 3,610,971, by W.J.
Hooper that self-canceling electromagnetic coils can reduce the weight of
objects placed underneath. No weight changes were observed within the
detectability of the instrumentation. More careful examination of the patent
and other reports from Hooper led to the conclusion that Hooper may have
misinterpreted thermal effects as his 'Motional Field' effects. There is a
possibility that the claimed effects are below the detection thresholds of
the instrumentation used for these tests.

Hooper's effect without extreme difficulty. Most notably, take a
look at the carefully done experiments of W. Farrel Edwards. But
NASA can't find it? The amount of ampere-turns used in the NASA
experiment was substantially lower than the amount used by Hooper.
Hooper found that his effect increased in proportion to the square
of the current -- and others have verified this theoretically and
experimentally. If you were motivated to verify that the Hooper
effect exists, would you not try to conduct the experiment with
more ampere-turns, rather than less? Also, NASA suggests that
Hooper's experiment was faulty due to "thermal effects". This
hypothesis was put forward without any attempt whatsoever at
verification. Yes, "thermal effects" does provide a nice prosaic
explanation, if that's what you're looking for.
If you're going to take the podium at a scientific conference
under the NASA banner, and proclaim that something of the profound
significance of the Hooper effect does not work -- then you have
an obligation to society to make damn sure that you are right.
An honest scientific approach requires at least a minimum effort.
NASA did not even make the effort to duplicate Hooper's experiment
in a fashion similar to what he originally did. The whole affair
reminds me of when Copernicus asked the good Catholic bishops
to look through his telescope to easily verify that Jupiter
has satellites. "No, No. We must not see that." At best the NASA
experiment is horrible science. It may be something much worse.

BREAKTHROUGH AS SCIENTISTS BEAT GRAVITY.

SCIENTISTS in Finland are about to reveal details of the world's first
anti-gravity device. Measuring about 12in across, the device is said to
reduce significantly the weight of anything suspended over it.
The claim -- which has been rigorously examined by scientists, and is due
to appear in a physics journal next month -- could spark a technological
revolution. By combatting gravity, the most ubiquitous force in the
universe, everything from transport to power generation could be
transformed.
The Sunday Telegraph has learned that Nasa, the American space agency, is
taking the claims seriously, and is funding research into how the
anti-gravity effect could be turned into a means of flight.
The researchers at the Tampere University of Technology in Finland, who
discovered the effect, say it could form the heart of a new power source,
in which it is used to drive fluids past electricity-generating turbines.
Other uses seem limited only by the imagination: Lifts in buildings could
be replaced by devices built into the ground. People wanting to go up
would simply activate the anti-gravity device -- making themselves
weightless -- and with a gentle push ascend to the floor they want.
Space-travel would bitcome routine, as all the expense and danger of
rocket technology is geared towards combatting the Earth's gravitation
pull. By using the devices to raise fluids against gravity, and then
conventional gravity to pull them back to earth against
electricity-generating turbines, the devices could also revolutionise
power generation.
According to Dr Eugene Podkletnov, who led the research, the discovery
was accidental. It emerged during routine work on so-called
"superconductivity", the ability of some materials to lose their
electrical resistance at very low temperatures. The team was carrying
out tests on a rapidly spinning disc of superconducting ceramic suspended
in the magnetic field of three electric coils, all enclosed in a
low-temperature vessel called a cryostat.
"One of my friends came in and he was smoking his pipe," Dr Podkletnov
said. "He put some smoke over the cryostat and we saw that the smoke was
going to the ceiling all the time. It was amazing -- we couldn't explain
it." Tests showed a small drop in the weight of objects placed over the
device, as if it were shielding the object from the effects of gravity -
an effect deemed impossible by most scientists. "We thought it might be
a mistake," Dr Podkletnov said, "but we have taken every precaution." Yet
the bizarre effects persisted. The team found that even the air pressure
vertically above the device dropped slightly, with the effect detectable
directly above the device on every floor of the laboratory. In recent
years, many so-called "anti-gravity" devices have been put forward by
both amateur and professional scientists, and all have been scorned by
the establishment. What makes this latest claim different is that it has
survived intense scrutiny by sceptical, independent experts, and has been
accepted for publication by the Journal of Physics-D: Applied Physics,
published by Britain's Institute of Physics.
Even so, most scientists will not feel comfortable with the idea of
anti-gravity until other teams repeat the experiments. Some scientists
suspect the anti-gravity effect is a long-sought side-effect of
Einstein's general theory of relativity, by which spinning objects can
distort gravity. Until now it was thought the effect would be far too
small to measure in the laboratory. However, Dr Ning Li, a senior
research scientist at the University of Alabama, said that the atoms
inside superconductors may magnify the effect enormously. Her research
is funded by Nasa's Marshall Space Flight centre at Huntsville, Alabama,
and Whitt Brantley, the chief of Advanced Concepts Office there, said:
"We're taking a look at it, because if we don't, we'll never know." The
Finnish team is already expanding its programme, to see if it can amplify
the anti-gravity effect. In its latest experiments, the team has
measured a two per cent drop in the weight of objects suspended over the
device -and double that if one device is suspended over another. If the
team can increase the effect substantially, the commercial implications
are enormous.
